• Entry-Level Sales Associate
• Full-Time, in-person position (Monday - Friday)
• Small office environment

We are seeking an organized, reliable, and positive individual to join our Medical Equipment Sales Team. Experience is helpful, but no direct sales or medical experience is required.

This position is for you if:

1. You're trying to break into Medical Equipment Sales and want to learn everything about it
2. You want to learn and understand the sales process and how to do it the right way
3. You want to meet and work with different physicians and providers around the country
4. You're willing to commit at least 2 years to becoming a competent and capable sales associate
5. You don't want to live out of your car and bring lunches to physician offices every day

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Calling new and existing prospects
• Providing outstanding support and customer service to existing customers
• Making appointment confirmation calls and emails
• Updating CRM / Customer and lead database systems
• Assisting with email marketing and digital campaigns
• Maintaining current supply stock and shipping outgoing supply orders
• Setting up equipment and system laptops for customers
• Assisting with company social media accounts
• Experience with computers is necessary
• Experience with Microsoft office, google suite preferred

Qualifications:

• Experience using Zoom, Google interfaces (Gmail, Google Drive, Google calendar)
• Valid Drivers License

Helpful Experience (not required):

• Experience with Quickbooks
• Experience using any CRM systems (Keap/ Infusionsoft, Salesforce, Monday CRM, etc.)
• Microsoft Office

Pay Structure:

• Base Pay (Hourly rate of $17-20/hr. based on experience)
• Escalating Commission and Bonuses based on performance
• Career growth potential
