One of our Advertising clients is seeking hungry entry sales professionals to join a growing team ! This is 100% onsite M-F in Fort Worth, no exceptions. This company is company dedicated to providing top-notch products/services to our customers. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with 3 years of outbound sales experience, along with a background in hospitality and call center environments. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting our products/services, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to purchase. This is a CSR role plus commissions type of position. This is a temp to hire opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
* Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
* Handle inbound inquiries, resolve customer concerns, and provide product/service information.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with team members to improve sales techniques and customer service strategies.
* Stay informed on company products, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
* Uphold professionalism and a positive attitude in all customer interactions.
* Conduct high-volume outbound phone call campaigns
* Coordinate with businesses to secure advertising on promotional products
* Promoting spirit items and fundraising opportunities
* Ability to respond with a sense of urgency in a sales-driven culture
* MUST HAVE HOSPITALITY BACKGROUND*
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of outbound sales experience (cold calling, lead generation, or telesales preferred).
* Prior experience in hospitality and call center environments is a plus.
* Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to handle objections and turn leads into sales.
* Excellent customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset.
* Comfortable working with CRM software and sales tools.
* Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to grow within a sales-driven organization.
