Position: Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist (Lash Extension Specialist)
Location: Avon, Colorado
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible Scheduling)
Compensation: $100,000+ annually for qualified candidates (base salary + performance-based incentives)
What You’ll Do:
• Create stunning lash extensions (classic, hybrid, and volume) tailored to each client’s unique style and preferences.
• Provide expert consultations, guiding clients on lash designs, care, and maintenance with warmth and professionalism.
• Maintain a pristine, sanitary workstation in line with Colorado state regulations and our high standards.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized service that leaves clients feeling pampered, confident, and radiant.
• Collaborate with our team to uphold our spa’s reputation for excellence and foster a welcoming, supportive environment.
• Stay inspired by the latest beauty trends and techniques, bringing fresh ideas to our clients in the Vail Valley.
• Optionally, offer additional services like facials, Chemical Peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, waxing, spray tans or other skincare treatments, depending on your expertise.

Additionally, candidates with existing advanced aesthetic training in medical aesthetic services may have the opportunity to provide these specialized services under the medical director’s delegation, leveraging their expertise in our dynamic and supportive environment.
Who You Are:
• A Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in Colorado with a passion for beauty and client care.
• Certified and experienced in lash extensions, with a portfolio showcasing classic, hybrid, and volume techniques.
• A natural at building connections, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, with an artistic eye for precision and a commitment to quality.
• Excited to embrace the Vail lifestyle, from snowy slopes to sunny trails, and share that energy with our clients.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, upscale spa environment.
• Bonus: Experience with facials, waxing, or other aesthetic services is a plus but not required.
