Position: Labor-Intensive Supervisor

Job Duties:

  • Supervise and direct jobsite labor teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Safely load and unload event rental items, including tables, chairs, and other equipment.
  • Operate a box truck properly and safely, although driving is a secondary responsibility.
  • Deliver friendly, professional service to our customers at their homes and businesses.
  • Set up rental equipment, including tents, stages, dance floors, and lighting, ensuring everything is ready for a successful event.
  • Assist with filling orders and testing rental equipment to maintain our high standards.
  • Ensure all company safety standards are upheld, and appropriate safety procedures are followed on-site.
  • Interact with clients on-site, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns.
  • Perform other duties as requested to support our team and clients.

Note: This is a labor-intensive supervisor position with driving as a secondary responsibility.

Education, Skills & Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • DOT Medical Card.
  • 1+ years of experience driving a box truck is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50–80 lbs. comfortably.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to stand and be physically active for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Some night and weekend work may be required.
