Job Description

Our client is a prominent financial services firm. They are seeking an Executive Assistant to join the team. This is a hybrid role, with two days required, each, in Stamford, CT and NYC, and one day remote. In this role, you will act as the CEO's right hand and provide calendar management to one other executive. Job Details

  • Manage busy calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Book reservations, meetings, and appointments
  • Arrange global travel and logistics
  • Provide general administrative support, including expense management
  • Manage information and client accounts in CRM (MOSAIC)
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality
  • Salary: $130-150k annually, based on experience

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years’ experience as a C-level Executive Assistant
  • Financial services experience, highly preferred
  • Must be able to work in-office in NYC two days per week and two days per week in Stamford, CT
  • Highest level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality
  • Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly organized, strategic, and detail-oriented
