Job Description

Our Boston area client is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This fast-paced, dynamic role demands strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills to handle a variety of tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years experience, and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Compensation : starting at $115k/yr+

*salary listed not guaranteed – potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range.

Applicants must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Boston, MA to be eligible for this position, free parking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties, including typing reports and memos, maintaining computer databases, and handling advanced administrative tasks for the Executive team.
  • Schedule and coordinate executive travel arrangements, meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Assist in the coordination and completion of special projects.
  • Compose and edit correspondence, reports, forms, and other documents.
  • Organize, maintain, and prioritize calendars, appointments, and emails for the Executive team.
  • Develop and maintain computerized spreadsheets and databases to manage information and generate reports.
  • Exercise discretion when handling confidential matters.
  • Assist with problem-solving, recommending solutions, and organizing work to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of office management, administrative practices, and business principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and use independent judgment and leadership techniques.
  • Must be tactful, professional, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
