We are looking for a Logistics Manager in Maitland, FL! 100% on site role.

Salary: $75,000-$80,0000

Type: Direct Hire

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Occasional weekends and holidays as needed

Company s is the premier staffing provider of internationally educated healthcare professionals. The Cultural Transitions team supports healthcare professionals (HCPs) throughout their entire assignment, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into their new roles and lives in the U.S.

We are currently seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee our housing, transportation, and facilities operations. This position plays a critical role in supporting our incoming HCPs by managing our corporate apartments, coordinating move-in logistics, leading a facilities team, and ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and develop the Housing, Transportation, and Facilities team
• Coordinate maintenance and setup for corporate apartments and office spaces
• Manage work orders and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues
• Lead property inspections and enforce housing rules and policies
• Coordinate apartment assignments, utilities, and move-in/move-out processes
• Work with vendors to ensure contract compliance and quality service
• Support emergency preparedness and response, including weather events
• Provide onboarding instructions to new HCPs regarding housing expectations
• Assist in planning and setup of company meetings and events

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
• 5+ years of related maintenance or facilities experience
• 2+ years in a leadership or management role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Valid Florida driver’s license and a clean driving record
• OSHA certification (10-hour or 30-hour) preferred
• Ability to respond to after-hours or weekend needs on a rotating basis
• HIPAA certification or willingness to obtain
