Document Imaging Specialist

Louisville, KY | Full-Time | Onsite | $18/hr

About the Role

The Document Imaging Specialist plays a key role in supporting the accounting and billing operations. You’ll ensure that vital records and documents are accurately processed, organized, and easily accessible for the broader office and service teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing job files for scanning and ensuring proper numerical order.
  • Scanning invoices and supporting documentation into company software
  • Maintaining accuracy and organization of digital and physical files.
  • Assisting with issuing exemption certificates and mailing vendor payments.
  • Providing backup support to the front desk and receptionist as needed.
  • Assisting with general administrative projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of office administration experience with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting systems, data processing, and office procedures preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office equipment .
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer service mindset.
  • Dependable, adaptable, and able to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment.

Work Schedule

  • Monday–Friday; 8AM to 5PM
  • 100% onsite in Louisville, KY
