• Worksite Location: Red Wing, MN | Hybrid
• Contract Period: 15-weeks
• Compensation: $55 - $70 hourly

The posted salary range represents the standard compensation for this position; however, we are open to offering a higher salary for candidates with extensive experience that exceed the minimum requirements for the role.

What you’ll do as a Finance Manager/Sr. Finance Analyst:

• Provide financial support and strategic guidance for key business units, including Heritage, HR, Legal, CSR, and the Vasque wind-down.
• Lead month-end reporting and in-depth analysis for company-wide financial results (management reporting).
• Take a leadership role in the Competitive Insights process by gathering, analyzing, and presenting competitor performance data.
• Continuously refine and enhance financial reporting and analysis processes through expertise in OneStream.

What you’ll bring to the Finance Manager/Sr. Finance Analyst role:

• Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting, ideally at the Senior Analyst level or higher.
• Advanced proficiency in OneStream, with the ability to refine and enhance reporting processes.
• Strong understanding of month-end reporting and financial analysis for company-wide results.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with senior leadership across multiple business units.
• Demonstrated experience in competitive analysis and presenting data-driven insights.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and actionable manner.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA, CFA, or advanced certifications a plus).
