Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Financial Advisor to join our team in South Jordan, Utah. In this role, you will provide comprehensive financial planning and guidance to clients, with a strong focus on life insurance solutions. You will build strong client relationships, conduct in-depth needs analyses, and develop personalized financial strategies that address a wide range of client objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments with prospective clients, covering areas such as life insurance, retirement planning, estate planning, and investment strategies.
• Educate clients on various life insurance products, including term life, whole life, universal life, and other relevant options.
• Develop and present personalized financial plans that address clients' unique needs and financial goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and exceptional service.
• Generate leads and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product updates.
• Comply with all relevant insurance regulations and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

• Required:
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proactive and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
• A strong desire to help clients achieve their financial goals
• Active Life Insurance License(s) (or willingness to obtain)
• Series 63 & 65 or series 66 (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience in the financial services industry
• Sales experience
• Bachelor's degree in economics, Finance, Business, or a related field

Schedule:

• Full-time

Payment:
