Essential Job Functions (to include but not limited to):

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Monthly Analysis of Financials to determine future trends for cost models.
• Forecast Planning of Financial Performance for Months, Annual and Future years
• Cost Modeling of Numerous Projects simultaneously
• Completion of Multiple Financial Reports due Monthly, Quarterly, Semiannual and Annual
• Perform Change-Point Analysis breaking operational performance into designated segments:

o CPU based (Volume/Cost/Process Changes/Overtime, etc.)

• Preparation of Annual Proposal for CC Cost Element

o Costing of Labor, Space/Utilities and Equipment

o Quote Change Point Analysis for Annual Review and Customer Impacts

•  Create And Present Presentations as required.
•  Other Financial Analysis Requests as Assigned
•  Lead Internal/Business Plan Themes/Activities
•  Support and Backup Budget/Forecasting/Invoicing functions when necessary.
•  Ability to communicate effectively with multiple department personnel.
• Ability to manage Confidential information with discretion and integrity.
•  Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
•  Effective Leadership
•  Solid Project Management
•  Ability to speak in front of groups for presentations.
•  Flexible to work additional hours on weekdays or weekend to achieve deadlines, occasionally with minimal prior notice.
•  Maintain multiple deadlines for all projects and reporting timelines.

Minimum/Preferred Requirements (Education, Experience, and Skills):

•  4-year degree in Business or Accounting. Other equivalent/related experience may be considered.
•  Base understanding of GAAP and IFRS Accounting Standards
•  Excel/PowerPoint Skills (Advance preferred but not mandatory)
•  Critical thinking skills.
•  Conceptual Understanding of Warehousing Operations Functions (Solid understanding is encouraged)
•  Solid understanding of Resource Cost (CPU) (Labor, Space etc.)
•  Base knowledge of JDE/TMW Modules - Preferred
