🌟 General Manager – Residential Home Services (HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing)

We are seeking a dynamic, high-performing leader to drive the success of our residential home services business. As General Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of operations for our HVAC and plumbing services. You’ll spearhead strategic growth, elevate service quality, and inspire a results-driven team culture—ultimately ensuring exceptional customer experiences and business performance.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Design and refine efficient workflows to maximize productivity and service delivery
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance to meet company and client expectations
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and industry regulations

Strategic Growth & Planning

• Lead the execution of strategic initiatives aligned with the company’s long-term vision
• Identify and capitalize on market trends and new business opportunities
• Leverage analytics and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen market presence

Financial Management

• Develop and manage annual budgets with a focus on profitability and financial health
• Monitor and optimize operational expenses, cost controls, and ROI
• Implement data-driven financial strategies to support scalable growth
• Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness in financial reporting

Team Leadership & Development

• Build, lead, and motivate a high-performance team across service departments
• Foster an inclusive, positive, and accountable workplace culture
• Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities
• Drive excellence through clear goal-setting and performance management

📌 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or extensive leadership experience in a related field
• Proven success in senior management within a residential service environment
• Demonstrated expertise in P&L oversight and strategic business management
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
