**Job Description:**
As a Graphic Designer at Agencia Gutiérrez & Socios, you'll play a crucial role in developing and executing the visual identity of our clients. You'll work closely with our partnership specialists and management teams to create cutting-edge brand media portfolios, media kits, and other designs that will be used to promote our artists and concerts on a global scale.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Brand Development:** Collaborate with artists and management to develop comprehensive brand identities that reflect their unique style and personality.
* **Media Portfolio Design:** Create visually striking portfolios that showcase our artists' work and achievements in a professional and engaging manner.
* **Media Kit Creation:** Design informative and visually appealing media kits that provide essential information to the press and industry professionals.
* **Concert & Event Promotion:** Develop eye-catching designs for promotions, social media graphics, and other design communication materials to generate brand awareness.
* **Digital & Print Design:** Create designs for a variety of platforms, including websites, social media, print publications, and merchandise.
* **Stay Ahead of Trends:** Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques in the music and entertainment industry.
**Qualifications:**
* **Bachelor's Degree:** A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related experience is preferred.
* **Experience:** A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on music and entertainment branding.
* **Proficient in Design Software:** Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, InDesign) is essential.
* **Creative & Innovative:** A passion for design and a strong ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas.
* **Strong Portfolio:** A portfolio showcasing your best work in music and entertainment design. A design portfolio must be submitted with your resume before an interview is scheduled.
* **Excellent Communication Skills:** Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
* **Organized & Detail-Oriented:** Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
* **Passion for Music & Entertainment:** A genuine interest in the music and entertainment industry is a plus.
