Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a PM Guest Services Supervisor located in Charleston, SC. The Guest Services Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage guest service representatives. Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries and complaints, coordinating with other departments, managing staff schedules, and ensuring compliance with hotel standards and procedures. The role also involves providing training and support to team members and maintaining an efficient and welcoming environment for all guests.
