Required Skills:

• Microsoft 365 (5 Years)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and detail oriented (5 Years)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills (5 Years)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. (5 Years)
• Experience Utilizing ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent) to track and document support requests. (5 Years)
• Commitment to delivering high quality end user support and customer service (5 Years)
• Experience in a help desk or technical support role. (5 Years)
• Knowledge of IT systems (5 Years)

Preferred SKills:

• Knowledge of print services environment (2 Years)
