Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact by promptly answering the help desk phone and responding to support tickets.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with users at all technical levels.
  • Utilize help desk ticketing systems to document and track issues.
  • Provide in-person support to end users at our facility.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues as a Windows power user.
  • Run Windows updates and execute PowerShell scripts as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve printer problems.
  • (Preferred) Assist with Azure-related help desk tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency with Windows operating systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience running Windows updates and PowerShell scripts.
  • Demonstrated expertise in printer troubleshooting.
  • Previous help desk or technical support experience a plus.
  • This position is onsite only; no remote work available.
