Pay: $23-$24/HR

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a brand ambassador—handling reception and delivering exceptional service in every client and guest interaction
• Support food and beverage operations, including stocking, inventory, setup, and light cleanup
• Maintain kitchens, pantries, break areas, and common spaces to ensure a clean and professional environment
• Prepare and break down conference rooms for meetings and events—equipment, seating, whiteboards, and supplies
• Collaborate on event setup, including AV and catering coordination
• Support day-to-day facility operations, including upkeep, minor repairs, and vendor coordination

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, office support, or facilities roles
• High school diploma required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office technology
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
