Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/HR Generalist to join our Alpharetta team! The ideal candidate will have a background in construction or manufacturing.

Duties/Requirements

• Coordinates with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
• Fully cycle recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, offer letters, onboarding)
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that refelct the requirements for each position
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
• Assist the HR Generalist with benefits adminstration and training and developmentRequired Skills
• Background in construction or manufacturing required
• 3+ years of fully cycle recruiment in fast-paced construction, industrial or manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with social media, CV databases and professional networks
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in HR management
• Knowledge of ATS
• Professional credentials, such as HR certificaiton
