Human Resources Coordinator

Compensation: $24–$28/hour

Location: Centennial, Colorado (On-site, Full-Time)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Centennial, Colorado. This on-site, full-time role is essential to ensuring smooth HR operations, maintaining compliance, and fostering a positive and professional work environment. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and well-versed in HR practices and employment law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate onboarding for new employees, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
• Manage and oversee the background check process
• Process bi-weekly payroll
• Maintain PTO balances and benefits reporting
• Administer company benefits and 401(k) tasks
• Assist with employee training and maintain Quality Management (QM) documentation
• Communicate important information clearly and in a timely manner
• Mediate and facilitate HR meetings as needed
• Provide coaching and support to employees to encourage growth and performance
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
• Support general office administrative tasks
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role
• Familiarity with payroll systems and HR software
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of HR regulations and employment law
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
