Are you an experienced HR professional with a knack for leadership, labor relations, and organizational development? Looking for a high-impact, short-term assignment where your expertise can make a lasting difference?

We’re seeking a temporary HR Manager for a 4-month assignment at a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing plant. This is a golden opportunity for someone in between roles or recently retired who still has the drive to shape workplace culture, develop talent, and contribute strategically at a high level.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of labor relations, employment law, and organizational development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or equivalent work experience.
  • Bonus points if you're familiar with quality management standards like IATF 16949/ISO14001.
