Purpose of the role

The HR Representative supports positive experiences for employees through providing information, processing requests, answering benefits questions and maintaining data.

• Facilitates and manages employee recognition programs.
• Leads and develops New Employee Onboarding Experience.
• Supports HR initiatives and projects for both health care professionals and internal employees.
• Participates in processing of terminations and employee offboarding.
• Maintains HRIS and employee files.
• Line Manage a population of co-employed Healthcare Professionals
• Deliver HR service to HCPs.
• Provide managers and employees with support in areas of benefits, employee relations and compliance, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
• Administer health and welfare plans by working with carriers, brokers and employees.
• Facilitate the employee leave of absence process.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Technical Knowledge

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
• At least three years' related experience required.
