Your Role:

As a Interior Designer , you will:

  • Design & Execute: Create and present stunning, detailed design plans that reflect the unique desires of our clients. Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring every detail aligns with our high standards.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, offering a hospitality-inspired approach to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. Actively participate in client meetings, sales discussions, and presentations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our eclectic team to merge creativity and functionality. Provide direction and input while remaining open to feedback and ideas.
  • Sales Support: Partner with the sales team to develop strategies that inspire confidence and excitement in our clients, ultimately helping to increase project conversions.
  • Adaptability: Jump in wherever needed, whether it's sketching concepts, coordinating with vendors, or solving challenges in real-time.
  • Leadership: Mentor junior team members, set a positive example, and foster a supportive and inclusive environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in high-end residential design and project management.
  • Expertise in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite).
  • Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Experience in client-facing roles with a hospitality-inspired approach.
