This is full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional hours/times as needed in Aventura, FL. No hybrid or remote.

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Project Manager to lead critical projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation of our IT initiatives. If you have experience with Monday.com, Lucidchart, and Trello are experts in IT project execution and cross-functional teams, including C-level leadership , with a 10X mindset embedded into everything you deliver! Position Summary: The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing IT projects while managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate is experienced in Monday.com for project tracking, Lucidchart for process mapping, and Trello for workflow management , alongside strong Agile and IT best practices expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Oversee the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with executives, IT teams, developers, and external vendors to define project scope, goals, and deliverables .
• Agile & Scrum Methodology: Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, while ensuring smooth workflow management.
• Technology Implementation: Oversee the deployment and integration of new IT systems, cloud-based platforms, and security measures to optimize performance and scalability.
• Process Mapping & Workflow Optimization: Utilize Lucidchart to design clear visual representations of IT processes, system architectures, and workflows.
• Project Tracking & Reporting: Manage project tasks using Monday.com , ensuring transparency and accountability in team performance and deliverables.
• Task & Workflow Management: Leverage Trello to create efficient Kanban boards , track progress, and streamline collaboration among cross-functional teams.
• Risk & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve project risks, conflicts, and bottlenecks before they impact timelines.
• Performance Analytics: Monitor and report project progress through data-driven insights, providing regular status updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of IT project management experience , ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment .
• Proven experience using Monday.com for project tracking, Lucidchart for process mapping, and Trello for task management.
• Strong background in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies .
• Experience managing multiple IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and software implementation projects .
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to navigate complex IT challenges.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools , including Jira, Asana, and Smartsheet (a plus).
• PMP, CSM, or other IT project management certifications (preferred).
• Knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Zoom Workspace, Google Enterprise, and all of the SaaS ecommerce suites is highly valuable in this role.
