As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Junior Asset Manager to support our asset management team and ensure smooth loan servicing operations.

As a Junior Asset Manager , you will play a key role in loan servicing and client support. Your primary responsibilities will include managing draw requests, assisting with loan onboarding, and ensuring smooth communication between borrowers, our servicing partners, and internal teams. This is a hybrid role, offering a mix of in-office and remote work. Mandatory office meetings are once a week only.

• Draw Management: Process and review draw requests, coordinate inspections, and ensure timely fund disbursement.
• Loan Servicing Support: Assist with borrower inquiries related to payments, escrows, and loan modifications.
• Onboarding Loans: Ensure accurate and timely setup of new loans with our servicing partner.
• Client Communication: Provide excellent customer service, addressing borrower questions and troubleshooting issues.
• Portfolio Monitoring: Track loan performance, ensure compliance with servicing guidelines, and escalate issues when necessary.
• General Asset Management Support: Assist with reporting, data entry, document preparation, and other routine asset management tasks.

• 1-3 years of experience in loan servicing, asset management, or real estate finance (preferred but not required).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and loan servicing software (preferred).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
