Position: Jr. Business Analyst

Type: 6-Month Contract (Likely to Extend)

Location: Houston, TX

Pay : $25-27

The Jr. Business Analyst will support daily operations by auditing Coupa supplier changes, reviewing transactions for compliance, and ensuring timely communication and follow-up with suppliers to facilitate payments and data updates. This role will handle internal and external issue resolution, monitor workflow to meet service-level agreements, track issues through to resolution, and contribute to cross-functional projects. The analyst will also recommend process improvements, assist with special initiatives, and consistently meet established performance metrics.

• Software Requirements:

• Subject matter knowledge in:
• Basic accounting processes
• Project management
• Training within areas of expertise
• Analytical and communication skills

Experience Level

• Minimum: 1 year of relevant experience

Education / Certifications

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
• Certifications: Not required, but relevant certifications are a plus
