Job Title: Lab Technician – Professional

Location: Dodge City, KS

Pay Rate: $20.12/hour

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 12 a.m. – 8 a.m. (Some weekends required)

Type: Contract-to-Hire

We're hiring a detail-oriented Lab Technician for a night shift role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine lab testing with accuracy and speed
• Interpret results and recommend calibration adjustments as needed
• Document findings and prepare technical reports, graphs, and charts
• Communicate results clearly with internal/external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all quality and safety standards
• Coordinate testing with external labs and document results
• Train and mentor evening shift lab staff
• Maintain inventory of lab supplies and ensure a clean, safe lab environment
• Support the Quality and Food Safety (QFS) Manager

Qualifications:

• Previous lab experience in a food, chemical, or manufacturing setting preferred
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts and occasional weekends
• Comfortable working independently and upholding compliance standards
