Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate vacant land and developed lot opportunities in targeted markets.
• Conduct detailed analysis on prospective land deals, including pricing research, sales activity review, and financial viability assessments.
• Prepare Letters of Intent (LOIs) to establish key deal terms when necessary.
• Coordinate the preparation, tracking, and management of contracts, deposit requests, and closings.
• Assist with title review and the land entitlement process during feasibility, ensuring smooth transactions prior to closing.
• Manage the preparation of Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) reports and Land Acquisition Financial (LAF) reports as part of deal evaluation and corporate approval.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, and developers.
• Monitor available land and lots for sale by other builders and developers to identify new opportunities.
• Analyze market and housing trends, GIS maps, and leads to target future acquisitions.
• Collaborate with sellers, brokers, engineers, planners, municipalities, and other agencies as required for each property under consideration.
• Support special projects and additional duties as assigned.
