A leading design firm is seeking a talented Landscape Designer with strong Project Management skills to join their growing team. This is your chance to be part of an exciting new chapter, working with a collaborative group of landscape and architectural professionals to create exceptional spaces.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage diverse projects with a strong design focus on landscapes.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of seven landscape professionals while working closely with architectural staff.
• Contribute to a variety of public and private sector projects, including multifamily housing, urban plazas, parks, schools (K-12 and community colleges), and city/community centers.
• Drive projects forward, balancing big-picture thinking with design excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in landscape design, architecture, or urban planning (open to candidates with diverse levels of experience).
• A well-rounded professional who can combine strong design skills with project management expertise.
• Experience working directly with clients and leading project discussions.
• Knowledge of public sector work is a plus!
• Flexibility for a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office per week).
