Job Title: Multi-Family Superintendent – Garden-Style Apartments
Location: Sarasota, FL and Tampa, FL(separate roles)
Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 + Allowances, Bonus & Full Benefits

We are currently seeking a Superintendent to lead the field operations on a new garden-style apartment development in Tampa and Sarasota, FL .
Project Overview:
This upcoming projects are a garden-style and mid-rise project, separate project sin Tampa and Sarasota.
Position Summary:
As the Superintendent , you will be the on-site leader responsible for all phases of construction, managing subcontractors, enforcing safety, and ensuring the project progresses on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
