Schedule: In-office, with flexibility for occasional overtime

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Services
Handle mail, deliveries, courier services, and supply restocking.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of shared spaces.
Provide basic support for office equipment and assist with administrative tasks.
Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings and presentations.
Hospitality Services
Prepare and reset conference and event spaces.
Ensure client areas are clean and welcoming.
Order and manage food, beverages, and kitchen supplies.
Greet visitors and assist with events and internal coordination.
Provide backup support to reception and other departments as needed.
Experience: 1-2 years in office services or hospitality
Education: High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred
Skills: Strong organization, communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities
Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, bend, use step ladders, and stand for extended periods
