Job Description

A great company is looking for a LMSW to join their team. This Long Term Care facility is a non-profit organization that provides excellent care for seniors.

LMSW Responsibilities:

* Plan, develop, organize, evaluate, implement, and direct programs
* Develop, implement policies and procedures for identifying medical, social, and emotional needs of the residents
* Perform administrative requirements
* Coordinate social service activities as necessary

LMSW Qualifications:

* REQUIRED: Master's Degree
* REQUIRED: Licensed as a LMSW in Texas
* 3-5 years of experience is PREFERRED
* 1 year of supervised social work experience in a health care setting
* Be able to perform the physical demands of the job. To include but not limited to: stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

This is a full-time on-site position. The company has full benefits offered for the position.
