Position Summary

SHEIN is hiring the Logistics Manager based in Bellevue for the Logistics Operations team. The logistics team is a group of leaders who are driven to provide excellent services for our customers by ensuring that their orders are delivered quickly, accurately, and in the most cost-effective way possible. We are looking for creative leaders with a passion for highly complex challenges, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks/opportunities, and daily change control management. Cross-team coordination, project management, and executive interaction skills are essential. To be successful in the role, you need strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, ability to influence across business functions and manage stakeholders’ expectations effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end logistics projects that support warehouse launches and SHEIN expansion.
  • Monitors logistics performance with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, and customers, and develops new metrics when necessary.
  • Develops and implements solutions to logistics challenges, ensuring high levels of quality and service while reducing overall transportation costs.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams and department leaders to align operations with business objectives.
  • Builds and nurtures strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Coordinates with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Leverages data and performance metrics to identify and drive continuous improvements, while documenting processes and outcomes to ensure transparency and alignment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and above in logistics/warehousing/supply chain and other majors are preferred.
  • 6+ years of logistics operations/supply chain experience in top E-commerce companies.
  • Last mile experience with B2C management is a must.
  • Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up.
  • Strong people partnership skills with the ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams.
  • Works well under pressure with the ability to prioritize competing deliverables.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, including basic queries and data extraction.
  • English-Mandarin bilingual preferred.
