How will you contribute to the mission:

• Build and grow a continuous pipeline of new business opportunities through proven lead generation strategies.
• Initiate focused, intentional discovery calls with potential and existing customers. Identify logistical needs which align with TMC service solutions.
• Establish long-term partnerships built on integrity, competence and capability.
• Communicate with appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of customer services.
• Prepare and deliver detailed, accurate pricing solutions that meet customer needs and align with company profitability goals and objectives.
• Execute appropriate business opportunities, promptly address customer concerns, and ensure timely and accurate resolutions, which cultivate positive customer experiences.
• Monitor market trends, industry disruptors, and regulatory changes to provide informed, educated customer solutions.
• Accurately track sales goals, customer activity, and performance expectations utilizing existing internal software platforms.
• Proactively communicate with leadership all notable activities, successes, and challenges to uncover opportunities for continuous improvement.
