Role:Magento e-Commerce BSA
Location: Hybrid(2-3days) -WA/Redmond
Skill Requirements
Magento v2+ B2B & B2C Modules - 5 yrs
Payment Integration experience with Magento - 5 yrs
Agile based delivery - 5 yrs
Qualifying Questions
Experience over 7 years as eCommerce BSA
Must know how to setup Product Catalogs, Accounts, Customer setups, Pricing etc. and Transactions flow for Order Ackw, Order processing and checkout in Magento B2B/B2C or with Integration with ERP
Local to Seattle - Onsite as per clients Calendar
Min 5+ years and min 1+ Implementation and support experience of Magento v2.4+ B2C, B2B Modules and related O2C business flows of Magento ecommerce platform on AWS.
Hands on experience with gathering requirements, process mapping, functional specifications and to generally help with project tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
Job description should be similar but can be mentioned in the Req min exp 7 years as eCommerce BSA
Min 7+ Experience as eCommerce BSA with implementation experience on SaaS ecommerce platforms.
Min 5+ years and min 1+ Implementation and support experience of Magento v2.4+ B2C, B2B Modules and related O2C business flows of Magento ecommerce platform on AWS.
Min 7+ Experience and hands on experience with gathering requirements, process mapping, functional specifications and to generally help with project tasks.
Min 5+ Hands on configuration, creating new store fronts and licensing part of Magento e-commerce platform B2C and B2B modules.
Min 5+ Implementation experience with different Magento plugins available in Magento storefront or custom app and apps for Checkout, Payment, Shipping.
Knowledge and experience on Payment Integrations with third party payment processing companies Rootways Chase Payment like with Magento B2B/B2C O2C business process flows.
Must know how to setup Product Catalogs, Accounts, Customer setups, Pricing etc. and Transactions flow for Order Ackw, Order processing and checkout in Magento B2B/B2C or with Integration with ERP
Must know typical patching and upgrade processes for Magento v2+ B2B and B2C modules.
End-to-end testing for Magento v2.4+ B2B and B2C business flows with ERP, Oracle EBS.
Working experience on Agile methodology and Sprints. User stories creation in JIRA Board.
Good communication skills and presentation skills.
Local to Seattle area and work as per client work schedule and calendar.
Deliverables:
Modules: Magento v2+ B2B & B2C Modules, Payment Integration experience with Magento
Functional Specifications, Functional deployment documents
Support and troubleshooting of the existing developed components, work on PROD issues and prepare root cause analysis.
