Maintenance Manager – Milwaukee, WI (Onsite)

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead a team of 15 technicians across four facilities. This onsite role, based in the Milwaukee area, requires 25% travel and the ability to obtain a passport. The ideal candidate will have experience with preventive maintenance programs, inventory management, and CapEx ROI analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a maintenance team across multiple locations
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Maintain inventory systems to ensure critical spare parts availability
• Evaluate and manage CapEx projects with ROI analysis
• Implement and oversee CMMS for tracking and reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues
• Develop budgets, manage vendor contracts, and drive cost-saving initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of maintenance leadership in a multi-site manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of PM programs, inventory control, and CapEx planning
• Experience with CMMS and ERP systems
• Ability to obtain a passport for potential international travel
• Willingness to travel 25% and work onsite when not traveling
