Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and coordinate both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• Review work requests, assess job scope, and determine necessary materials, labor, and time requirements
• Update the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), prioritize work orders to reduce production downtime, and coordinate with production schedules
• Ensure an up-to-date spare parts inventory, timely procurement of materials, and collaboration with technicians and supervisors to meet maintenance needs
• Track maintenance KPIs, report on work completion, downtime, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), and enhance preventive maintenance programs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Certification in maintenance or engineering a plus
• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance planning within an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in using CMMS software
• Expertise in industrial equipment, mechanical and electrical systems, as well as preventive maintenance strategies
