Job Summary

The Manager/Sr. Manager, FP&A, will be responsible for key business support activities including Franchise Operations support, Corporate Marketing support, and Corporate Financial Reporting and Analysis (including business intelligence platform management). This role will assist in developing financial and operational insights that influence group and executive action. The Manager/Sr. Manager, FP&A, will work cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and the Corporate Leadership team to deliver business insights and functional analysis to help provide a best-in-class experience for our customers.

• Support the Franchise Operations team in day-to-day activities, including data analysis and insight generation
• Coordinate financial reporting from franchisees
• Analyze and report on system-wide financial performance, including identifying opportunities for improvement

• Support the Corporate Marketing team in daily operations, including campaign analysis and insight generation
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis on marketing campaigns and corporate initiatives
• Contribute to the development of future campaigns by delivering actionable insights

• Develop and refine reporting for corporate KPIs and functional areas
• Provide ad hoc support for financial and operational analysis requests
• Collaborate with the Technology team to manage and maintain central BI and data resources

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A and/or Corporate Finance, preferably within the QSR, Retail, or Hospitality industries
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong background in finance and/or accounting, with experience in business analytics tools; Power BI proficiency is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to support fast-paced business teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Passion for the 7 Brew brand, its values, and its mission
