Job Description

At Wellworks For You, our employees are dedicated to our client's success. We are looking for an experienced Marketing and Design Specialist to join our Marketing team. The Marketing & Design Specialist combines creative design with marketing expertise to elevate our brand's visual identity and user experience. Key responsibilities include creating user-centric materials, supporting account management, managing internal brand resources, and maintaining consistency across digital platforms. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe InDesign, and UI/UX principles is essential.

This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in the Philadelphia area or surrounding counties. The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $57,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.

What will your day look like?

  • Create visually engaging marketing materials using Canva and Adobe InDesign, ensuring they meet print and digital specifications and adhere to high-quality standards.
  • Apply UI/UX principles to optimize the usability and aesthetic of marketing materials.
  • Collaborate closely with the account management team to understand client needs and deliver tailored marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Assist in creating marketing campaigns and materials that directly support client-facing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Team and Management to ensure brand consistency across all materials, reflecting Wellworks' current features, services, and technology.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement updates aligned with current marketing strategies.
  • Maintain and update content on internal portals and CMS platforms.
  • Work with various departments to manage and maintain the content database for Wellworks Portal features.
  • Attend department meetings and client meetings via Microsoft Teams

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or 3+ years of comparable work experience
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a must
  • 1 – 3 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
  • Working knowledge of an email platform such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or MailChimp
  • Marketing agency experience is a plus
  • Healthcare experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment where collaboration is encouraged and valued

What is the work environment?

  • This job routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, etc.
  • This position is a fully remote position, reporting into our home office in Malvern, Pa. Local candidates can have the option of hybrid work in office and remote if desired.
  • Because you will be handling confidential client information, you must work from your designated home office. You cannot work in a public location.
  • Technology, hardware and software, are provided. Employees must provide their own secure internet access.
  • This position's hours will be Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm ET.
