Job Role:

As the Marketing Assistant, you will report directly to the CEO of Amalfi Jets and will be responsible for handling our email marketing campaigns, SMS messaging campaigns, CRM organization, marketing lead funnel, website/design/SEO, event marketing, and more. You'll research trends, review our marketing and sales performance, assist with social media execution, and collaborate with the marketing team to better hit our established monthly KPIs. You'll work alongside our Marketing Team to ensure we hit our monthly goals and strategy, coordinate various promotions with our Sales Team, and research and gain new brand deals for Amalfi Jets.

You'll report to the CEO + Marketing Director and work alongside a Marketing Associate + Summer Interns.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Craft effective email marketing campaigns to engage existing leads
• Create and launch SMS campaigns to drive more sales/conversions
• Update existing website to increase conversions and drive more SQLs
• Craft press / media briefs for features in articles + journals
• Work alongside social media team to craft engaging short form and long form content
• Manage profiles of Amalfi Jets, CEO of Amalfi Jets, Amalfi Reserve Membership, Billionaire Hour Podcast

Schedule:

This position is Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 4 PM daily, at our office in Westlake Village/Calabasas. Amalfi Jets does not support remote or hybrid work under any circumstances.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Relevant Field
• 1-3+ years of previous marketing or social media experience in a full-time role
• Experience with email marketing, social media, sms, website design/SEO, event planning/marketing
• Creative mind looking to bring new ideas and push yourself to achieve more month over month

Compensation:

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 USD per year.
