Job Title: Marketing Coordinator – Social Media & Digital Marketing

Location: Loveland, CO (Onsite/Hybrid)

Contract 30-40 hours a week. Potential to convert to full time.

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience in social media and digital marketing. This role will focus on executing marketing plans to increase occupancy across our rental properties through creative and data-driven digital strategies. The ideal candidate brings experience in leasing, rental, or real estate property marketing—but others with strong digital marketing and social media backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), including scheduling, posting, monitoring, and engagement.
  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns (email, paid ads, SEO/SEM, display, etc.) designed to drive inquiries and rental applications.
  • Support leasing/rental marketing initiatives by creating promotional content, event campaigns, and property-specific marketing materials.
  • Maintain content calendars, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize marketing efforts and occupancy goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support property marketing plans and leasing objectives.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of digital and print marketing collateral.
  • Monitor trends in social media, digital marketing, and real estate to recommend new tactics and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing execution.
  • Strong understanding of platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Mailchimp/HubSpot (or similar tools).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in leasing, rentals, or real estate property marketing a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools a plus.
