Job Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing efforts as we scale our network of smart coffee machines across the DMV area and beyond.

Role Overview:

You’ll be in charge of building brand awareness, supporting sales growth through creative promotions, coordinating with our social media manager, and developing marketing strategies that attract both customers and host locations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to support sales and machine placements
• Design and manage promotional offers, loyalty programs, and subscription incentives
• Collaborate with the social media manager to ensure content aligns with business goals
• Create basic marketing materials (one-pagers, decks, flyers) to support sales team
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust based on data and feedback
• Support founder on PR, partnerships, and community engagement strategies

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing, ideally in retail, CPG, food/beverage, or startups
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social trends, and consumer engagement
• Ability to collaborate across sales, ops, and creative teams
• Organized, creative, and data-driven
• Basic design or content creation skills are a plus
• This is a full-time, early-stage role with high ownership. You’ll be shaping how customers and partners discover and experience Spot Coffee.
