Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a diverse caseload of complex commercial litigation matters.
• Draft, edit, and review pleadings, briefs, and motions.
• Conduct legal research and formulate case strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients throughout all litigation stages.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and pre-trial proceedings.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation at a law firm or equivalent.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York Bar required; New Jersey Bar admission preferred.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience in both state and federal court litigation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and collaborative mindset.
