Key Responsibilities:

• Handle mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and private equity-sponsored transactions.

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex corporate agreements and deal documentation.

• Provide strategic legal guidance on structuring, financing, and governance matters.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients on multifaceted transactional matters.

• Manage client relationships and participate in business development efforts.

• Deliver high-quality, timely legal work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in M&A and corporate transactional work.

• JD from an accredited law school.

• Licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction in which the firm operates.

• Proven ability to independently manage deals and lead junior team members.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
