Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to support a large-scale CRM transformation program. The candidate will serve as a technical lead across multiple Salesforce products including Service Cloud , and a custom Dealer Portal , with an emphasis on Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Apex development , and API integrations .

This is a hands-on engineering role, not just configuration.

🔧 Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Dealer Portal.
• Design, develop, and deploy custom LWC components and Apex-based solutions .
• Build robust API integrations with backend systems (Oracle Fusion, Informatica).
• Migrate large datasets: 100M+ rows and 20M+ files, while ensuring data integrity.
• Lead platform split projects (Salesforce org split) and manage metadata separations.
• Implement PR quality gates and static code analysis (CodeScan, PMD).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver under tight deadlines.
