Join a senior-level networks team responsible for architecting, designing, and maintaining mission-critical network infrastructure with strict security, fault tolerance, and latency requirements. This role involves working on rack-level, data center, and transport layer networks across multiple programs with evolving mission needs. Most work is on-site, with occasional travel, including potential overseas assignments. This position offers opportunities for leadership and technical growth within a highly collaborative team.

Required Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience in network engineering, including design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Expertise in Juniper (preferred) and/or Cisco networking devices, with relevant certifications.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols: TCP/IP, IPv4, UDP (including multicast), TLS, VPLS, GRE.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), EVPN, Multicast, STP, VLANs, LAN/WAN, and firewall/ACL configurations.
• Security+ or CISSP certification.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in team environments.

Desired Skills:

• Advanced Juniper certifications (JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP, JNCIE).
• Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP).
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Knowledge of networking for Linux/BSD systems, including system administration.
• Hands-on experience with multicast protocols.
• Ability to design and present network solutions to stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
