Hiring for Network Real Estate Specialist/Developer II in West Henrietta Market

Role Overview

This position focuses on lease management and landlord relations across Upstate NY. It supports network operations by resolving lease-related issues and ensuring smooth site access.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, professional service to landlords
• Resolve landlord issues (rent, taxes, renewals, ownership changes)
• Generate termination memos and process ownership updates
• Manage site access in coordination with engineers and vendors
• Clean up and maintain lease-related databases

Must-Have Experience

• Telecom industry experience (especially cell towers)
• Property management or lease experience
• Strong communication, follow-up, and multitasking skills
• Positive, proactive, and collaborative mindset
• Attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Fuse (Verizon’s internal tool)
• Some financial knowledge (e.g., taxes, electrical billing) is a plus

Work Environment: Hybrid schedule: Tuesday/Wednesdays in-office
