An established financial institution is seeking a highly motivated Operations Analyst to join their Asset & Wealth Management team in Irving, TX . This is a full-time, onsite role ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting operational workflows and driving process improvements across business units.

Location: Irving, TX (Onsite – 5 days/week)

Employment Type: Contract (6+ Months)

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operational processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution of transactions.
• Perform data entry, reconciliation, and exception processing using internal systems.
• Monitor workflows and resolve operational issues in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze reports and identify trends or discrepancies that require escalation or process refinement.
• Participate in audits and quality assurance efforts to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide ongoing support for special projects, process optimization, and systems testing.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in financial services, operations, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
