Title: Professional Services Operating & Reporting Analyst

Duration: 6-month contract to hire/perm ***(No C2C)***

Location: Raleigh, NC - Hybrid 2 days per week (Thursdays are a MUST)

Business Unit: Professional Services

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations & Reporting Analyst to join our Professional Services team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce, FinancialForce, and Tableau, and will be responsible for analyzing operational data, generating insightful reports, and supporting the optimization of our business processes.

Desired Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an operations or reporting analyst role.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce, FinancialForce, and Tableau.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources including Salesforce, FinancialForce, and other internal systems.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analysis activities.

Operational Support:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Support the Professional Services team in managing project financials, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of operational policies and procedures.

Salesforce & FinancialForce Management:

  • Administer and optimize Salesforce and FinancialForce platforms to meet business needs.
  • Provide training and support to team members on the use of Salesforce and FinancialForce.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce and FinancialForce.

Project Management:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of projects to improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
