Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Oracle Cloud Function Analyst
Position type: Contract to hire
Duration: 6 months +
Location: Candidate will be able to work 100% remote but prefer close proximity to NYC
As an Oracle Cloud Functional Analyst:
They are implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM .
This position serves a team of Oracle Fusion Cloud experts working on the implementation and post go-live support of HCM with a focus on the Benefits module.
During the implementation, this person will be responsible for working with the Benefits Oracle Implementation and business teams to understand the build and configuration of this module (plans, dependents, limits, etc.)
Post-go-live, this position will provide production support, assisting with maintaining and adding new configuration and help ensure an overall smooth transition process.
This role will also provide internal customers with the best possible solutions to utilize the Oracle system, roll out new functionality, identify potential process improvements, troubleshoot problems and provide user support.
This person will perform other duties as assigned.
Must have strong expertise working with Oracle Fusion Cloud Benefits module
It would be ideal if this resource came from a Hospital/Healthcare environment .
Only USC or GC holders; If they decide to convert down the road, the client doesn’t have the ability to sponsor
General tasks and responsibilities will include: - Provide functional support and configuration expertise for Oracle Cloud Payroll Module Receive knowledge transfer of system design and set-up from implementation partner with Payroll team to support business operations and satisfy user inquiries, resolve issues and support applications Involved in all testing phases and issue resolution for the project involving Payroll and post go-live
- Collaborate with peers and customers to deliver solutions
- Ability to gather requirements and write specifications
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and other Requirements: - Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Benefits module is required
- Implementation of other Oracle Fusion Cloud modules is a plus
- Experience in PeopleSoft Benefits is a plus
- Knowledge of ServiceNow software is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to identify problems and determine corrective actions.
The ideal candidate will have:
7 plus years of experience

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $70-$75
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
