Job Title: Part-Time Executive Assistant

Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84104 (Hybrid, Direct Hire)

Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible scheduling, 1x minimum in office)

Reports To: CEO

Compensation: $23.00-$25.00/hr. D.O.E.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Part-Time Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to CEO. The ideal candidate will excel in managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling confidential tasks with discretion. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the first point of contact, screening and prioritizing emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including virtual setups, agendas, and follow-up notes.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Assist with personal tasks or errands as required to support the executive’s productivity.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership (preferred).
  • Flexibility to occasionally adjust hours based on business needs (preferred).
